Trish has more than 30 years experience in both the Insurance and the IT industry. Her earlier experience comprised various roles in Insurance as Broker, Underwriter and Manager giving her a unique insight into what is required when it comes to IT systems in the world of Insurance. It is her belief that with the right tools, IT not only can reduce operating costs and data error but can also enhance the experience of the customer and the end user alike whilst giving invaluable insights to Management by virtue of the right MI reporting analysis.
